Well, we’re a civil litigation firm. We 95 or more percent represent plaintiffs and helping them get money for whatever bad thing that happened, and primarily that is in the personal injury world. We handle cases involving car wrecks, injuries on the job or on different properties, we handle wrongful death cases. We have a lot of commercial trucking accident cases or trucking collision cases. And our job is ultimately to get money for our clients, but between day one and that last day when we’re successful in getting the money our job is to really educate our clients as to how the claims process and litigation process works and help them make good decisions to get through whatever their predicament is.
Well, in handling personal injury cases, our firm is different in a couple of ways. I have been board certified as a personal injury trial lawyer for over 15 years and practicing 25 years, but also our firm is small enough that we have a relatively full caseload but we don’t handle hundreds and hundreds of cases. So we really get to know our clients and learn about their situation and are able to work with them through whatever their situation is, to guide them through the process and ultimately get them the best result we can.
Houston, TX personal injury lawyer Shane Kadlec talks about the types of cases his firm handles as well as what makes them different from other firms. He explains that he runs a civil litigation firm that represents plaintiffs in more than 95 percent of its cases, focusing primarily on personal injury matters. The firm handles car accidents, workplace injuries, premises liability cases, wrongful death claims, and commercial trucking collisions. His primary goal is to secure compensation for his clients. From the very first meeting through the successful resolution of a case, he takes the time to educate clients about the claims and litigation process, helping them make informed decisions to navigate their difficult situations.
In handling personal injury cases, his firm stands out in a few ways. He has been board certified as a personal injury trial lawyer for over 15 years and has practiced law for 25 years. The firm is small enough to maintain a manageable caseload, which allows them to develop a deep understanding of each client’s circumstances. This enables him and his team to guide clients effectively through the process and work toward the best possible outcome.
