divorce or dissolution of marriage
and everything that that goes into that
such as spousal maintenance

parenting time division of property we

if there are
cases of
non-marital children i’ll handle
paternity cases where a father goes to
court to
assert his rights as a parent without
that you don’t get rights as a parent
we do a lot of
post-dissolution decree
modification types of cases such as
custody and parenting time modification
child support modification
spousal maintenance modification where
appropriate
if somebody isn’t paying their spousal
maintenance or paying their child
support we will do the contempt of court
types of cases to try to
obtain the payment of that money for the
clients that we represent we will do
prenuptial agreements there’s a place
for those in
certain types of situations for people
who want to protect their assets
and we also
do cases involving
adoption step parent adoption
and
for our clients when they are getting
divorced there’s always changes in
their basic
um wills
their powers of attorney and their
health care directives and we will help
parents um and and divorcing people with
those types of cases as well
