The short answer to that is if I’m handling the case, I’m handling the case. I’m involved from start to finish and while I may have other people working on the case, I know what’s going on from start to finish. I have been involved with attorneys on the other side who have one attorney handling it up to but not trial, and then all of a sudden a new attorney or the lead attorney has to get brought up to speed. And it’s very difficult – family law is such a fact sensitive issue – to know all the necessary facts unless you’ve been dealing with it from day one.
