we we do just that so we prepare
people’s estate plans we administer
their estate plans whether that’s a
trust administration or a probate
administration
and there’s uh
other areas that are subsets of that are
complementary to that so that might be
business succession or charitable
planning tax planning
that go along uh with those areas of law
and making sure that we are passing
through people’s estates effectively as
possible
and one thing that makes our firm you
know different from most other estate
planning and probate law firms at least
in our area is
you know the succession of attorneys we
have in our firm and my grandfather’s
the practicing attorney still my
grandmother is a supreme court justice
of the nevada supreme court and my
father’s an attorney and myself i’m an
attorney and my younger brother as an
attorney as well so we come from a long
line of of attorneys in this area in
this uh in las vegas within our firm
specifically we have a good succession
plan kind of built into our practice you
know succession funding is what we do
you know we help people with their
estate planning settle their estates and
administer those estates and so we try
and practice what we preach by having
our own law firm you know built to last
so between my father and myself and my
brother you know we’ll be around for
many years to come we’re going to be
able to see
a lot of our clients through and help
administer those estates and we’ll be
here for the next generation of clients
and clients take comfort in that because
as they get older you know they kind of
wonder what happens
with their estate when their attorney
retires or if they pass away and we kind
of have a good answer for that with our
with the attorneys that we have in place
another thing that i think makes us a
little bit unique is kind of our unique
focus
on estate planning and probate a lot of
other law firms they have some attorneys
that handle estate planning matters or
probate matters but all we do is handle
estate planning and probate matters we
don’t do anything else so that’s kind of
what we’re known for
but also with all of our attorneys at
our firm we’re each well-versed and we
each handle estate planning and probate
cases whereas a lot of other firms they
might have some attorneys that just do
estate planning some attorneys that just
focus on probate but by having all of
our attorneys well-versed in both areas
you know we can kind of collaborate
together and make sure we’re identifying
all the issues and that we can handle an
estate from beginning to end so those
are a couple things that i think set us
apart and make us a little bit unique
