So my clients know that I do the work. I
do not cut any corners when it comes to
a federal case. When it comes to a white
collar case, the government comes in and
they have lots of documents. They have
lots of resources. They have agents.
None of that stops me from doing
everything in my power and exploring
every avenue of success for my client,
whatever avenue that might be. So
whether it be through motions, through
trial, through negotiations, through
other forms of mitigation, I am going to
do the work all the way through.
Communication is absolutely key for me
and my clients. The client lived this.
This is their life and their future. I
take on the burden of getting them the
best result, but they are an integral
part of their defense. I discuss the
evidence with the client. I see if it
matches up with their own life
experience. and communicating with the
client, getting to know the client on a
personal level truly has a direct effect
and a positive outcome in the case
because this is the client’s case. I’m
their guide, but it is a team and
collaborative approach. So,
