billable hours uh we sit down with
clients and we we start at the end it’s
like what is a winning result for this
client what is a reasonable expectation
of a winning result and we work
tirelessly then to get to that winning
result and a lot of times that means we
don’t litigate things which is how we
make our money A lot of times through
our counseling they resolve things
through kind of a business uh results
end to a dispute rather than a

Minneapolis, MN commercial litigation attorney Christopher Daniels talks about the firm’s slogan and what it means in practical terms. The firm believes it has a unique approach to the business disputes encountered by its clients. While many lawyers tend to rush to the courthouse to file lawsuits primarily to increase their billable hours, this firm prioritizes a collaborative approach with clients, starting with the end goal in mind. They focus on defining what constitutes a winning result and establishing reasonable expectations for achieving that outcome. The firm works tirelessly to reach these goals, often finding that litigation is not necessary.

As a result, the firm assists clients in resolving disputes through business-oriented solutions rather than lengthy legal battles, ultimately benefiting the clients. Their aim is for clients to concentrate on their business operations instead of being mired in protracted litigation.

When litigation is necessary, the firm boasts a strong track record of success. For example, it recently represented a minority shareholder who had been removed from a company and won the case at trial. The case is now headed for appeal, and the firm is confident in its ability to prevail once again. Ultimately, the firm guides its clients to where they need to be—whether through litigation or through wise and practical counsel.
