The firm’s approach to litigation is
getting to know our client and really
doing a deep dive at the beginning of
the case to come up with a plan and then
tell the client the way it is, you know,
out of that old TV show they a lot of
people haven’t heard about it anymore,
but Joe Friday just getting the facts
being hard-nosed about them and coming
up with a plan of how you’re going to
execute the case and and and the best
themes that will resonate with the judge
you’re a jury. You know, it’s important
to develop those themes right at the
start of the case to start practicing
your crossexaminations
to start teaching the client how to
answer questions and to how their case
is going to be prepared and then really
getting to know your client even if you
have to comp time in the beginning
spending a lot of time upfront to really
get to know the case. And then our firm
utilizes some of the best technology
that’s available. We don’t shy away from
technology. We have really high-end AI
tools that we pay quite a bit of money
for, deep AI research that we utilize,
and we we we get right in there using
the latest technology. But then you win
a case through people skills,
interviewing witnesses, sometimes if
necessary, hiring a private
investigator. But I really pride myself
in being able to dig in and talk to, you
know, real people and get down to their
level and and find out about the case.
oftentimes a case turns on finding a key
third-party witness that has a
tremendous amount of credibility. Then
mastering the documents because we have,
you know, run our own business and I
come from a family that’s in business.
In a business case, you have to work
with forensic accountants, learn the
accounting and tax issues and then meld
those into the case and coming up with a
plan uh you know to win to win the case
which is won through cross-examination
usually. And I I pride myself in putting
on the other side’s witnesses and
presenting my case at the start of the
case through the words of the other side
making admissions. That doesn’t always
work, but in the right case, I’ve always
found that’s the best approach to
winning and getting the client the
result, you know, that that they’re
looking for and that we’re looking to
bring to them.
