all law firms have to be made up of
lawyers so we all start out fairly
common
and in common with each other what i
think distinguishes our law firm from
others is that we are relatively small
and focused on separate
generally separate areas among our
lawyers in other words we have one
that’s very specialized in bankruptcy
and creditors rights we have a general
litigator we have a real estate
transactional lawyer myself i focus on
government
government
affairs government licensing government
regulation
and
legislation we have several lawyers that
are very accomplished in their areas so
we’re more of a horizontal law firm
rather than a vertical one clients that
come here can find
a good competent top level experience
in each area

unique law firm there we are a
collection of lawyers that have all been
practicing for well beyond 20 years and
we all come to the practice of law
from different backgrounds with
different philosophies some are more
creative some are more
eye daughters t-crossers but our
collective team addresses
issues that are only business related so
for me if i have a client
that has a problem or is on the back
side of a statute and the statute is a
funky statute i know that’s not a legal
term i can actually walk down the hall
and speak to mr waddams and we can
address if maybe we should take that
statute and amend it through the
legislative process because we have a
government affairs
team here you know i’ve had issues with
clients that have had tax state tax
issues and i could walk down the hall
and talk to one of my colleagues with
regards to
maybe appealing that tax with the tax
division i don’t know of another law
firm that has such a robust collection
of intellect as it relates to law ad law
and
business commercial transactions than
black and waters and the fact that we
have been here
i wouldn’t even hazard to add up the
years the collective years of nevada and
nevada residents here
because we practice solely in the area
of business
i am able to address my clients issues
on every single level and not every time
do i address them oftentimes i will um
ask one of my colleagues to participate
in an issue and it’s and it’s seamless
it’s collective and it’s very a whole
it’s a very holistic approach
to business transactions and business
law and it has been an exceptional value
for me as an attorney and an exceptional
value for my clients
