Drew K. Patterson

Drew is a business litigation attorney specializing in complex cases such as business torts, fraud, shareholder disputes, contract disputes, non-compete disputes, professional malpractice claims, and employer/employee disputes. He also handles white-collar criminal defense and administrative cases brought by government agencies like the SEC, DBPR, FTC, DEA, and CBP. Additionally, Drew assists companies with mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, and corporate governance.

He is a Tampa Bay native, having grown up in Clearwater and attended Palm Harbor University High School. He obtained his Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law in 2021, where he excelled as a Teacher’s Assistant and Research Assistant, earning the highest-grade designation in Advanced Legal Research.
