The Graco Case involves a product called spray foam insulation, which is a product that contractors and homebuilders use for insulation in buildings, including a number of homes across the United States. Graco is one of the leading manufacturers of that product. What we say and what we allege is that Graco, through a series of exclusive dealing arrangements and other practices, influenced distributors to only carry Graco products to the exclusion of competitors. And as a result of that, prices for spray foam insulation were driven up and competition was eliminated from the marketplace. So the case has been on file in Federal District Court in Minnesota. The case is now on appeal to the 8th Circuit.
