Well, the damages it begins with the economic loss. So if it’s a wage earner or a businessperson, or a farmer it’s the loss of the economic loss to the family that’s recoverable but in addition to that, there are many people that aren’t wage earners or business people in our state that tragically get killed. And so in those instances whether it’s a son or a daughter or a grandmother or a grandfather or an aunt or an uncle that’s not working there’s still a tremendous loss as well and that’s the non-economic loss for things like aid, comfort, counsel, guidance, companionship, and assistance that the decedent provided to the next of kin. So it’s both measures of damages, economic loss, and non-economic loss.
