I had one case where they built scaffolding in Mississippi in a power plant inside of a vessel and the scaffolding was over 100 feet high and they did not have certified plans from an engineer, which was an OSHA violation and it collapsed and it killed one person and injured five others. And we were able to obtain a good result for the clients in that case first, navigating through the law and second, going through the particulars of how it was set up and why it failed.
