Well, there’s always some risk in challenging a will but there aren’t that many unless you’re a large recipient in the will itself. Because if you challenge a will that you receive a substantial gift you’re not going to reform that will or you’re going to actually revoke it and then it follows the intestate statute and the property may pass entirely different and could pass to people other than yourself.
