Well, a will is one document that commonly makes up an estate plan. An estate plan will be usually comprised of a will; a living will sometimes called a medical directive, a power of attorney, and sometimes trust planning. So it’s the larger component is the estate plan the will is just the document that provides what happens to your property when you pass.
