Generally a revocable trust will avoid probate, and so it’s the common transfer document, if you will, in California, because probates tend to be very expensive. So it is an avenue that we use. It’s very much like a will. It says who gets what, how and when, but it’s not subject to court supervision unless you make it subject to court supervision, so we consider a probate a ____ mechanism.
