I’ve been involved in handling internal investigations at the board level since the late 1990s. And I’ve personally handled them from the perspective of the board of directors of a company, from the special or the audit committee that may be conducting the investigation, and also from the perspective of directors or officers that may find themselves the target of those kinds of investigations. So I’ve seen it from every single angle possible and its very important to understand how that landscape has shifted after Sarbanes Oxley and where we find ourselves today in that landscape in the specific regulatory environment we have today with the current rulemaking in the Department of Justice and the SEC.
