I’ve never worked for another law firm in the employment sector, so I really can’t tell you how my approach is different. I do co-counsel with a lot of my colleagues in the Bay Area in southern California, and I have to say that my office has a very hands-on approach. You will get a call or an e-mail from my office probably every week in some way about your case, letting you know what’s going on, and we just want you to know that we really are there for you and we work for you.
