How are value management and risk management related? As I mentioned earlier, I find that in-house counsel like to compare themselves against other benchmark companies. Now, some of those benchmark companies may be competitors, so one of the things that we help in value management is identifying where comparable patent portfolios are, where new and emerging owners of patents of a similar type are coming up, so that they can see those ahead of time, be alerted to them, and make choices about where they’re going from a development standpoint.
