We’ve seen a number of claims involving estate planning lawyers either drafting wills or trusts that one or more of the beneficiaries believes what wasn’t consistent what they thought a father or mother’s wishes might be. Or they may involve tax, estate tax of gift-tax issues that a will or trust has been drafted that might result in some tax liabilities that beneficiaries might claim shouldn’t have occurred.
