For an injury, it’s still six years. For a wrongful death, it’s three years. But if a Minnesotan is injured in another state then you are bound by that state’s statute of limitations and in Wisconsin it’s three years for an injury case and three years for a death case so you always have to keep in mind where that accident occurs.
