You have to explain to jurors that for the players, sports is a livelihood, it’s a business, it’s not a fantasy. And that therefore, if they can’t take advantage of their opportunities to enjoy the economic success of the sport in the very, very short careers that they have then they never get that opportunity. Sometimes fans come with the perspective gee, I’d play for free and you could understand that, but we had to get people to realize this is a business, it’s their livelihood, and they needed the same rights that other workers when you’re in this type of an industry.
