Sure, I successfully defended Sheila Kahanek who was charged in the Enron matter. She was charged along with others with violations of securities fraud. She was the only person acquitted in the Enron matter. Out of all the dozens of people ultimately tried, she was the only individual that was acquitted at her first trial. In that case, we were able to show the jury that she did not operate with any evil intent, that she didn’t take advantage of any inside information. She didn’t agree with the others to take advantage of any inside information and she wasn’t guilty. But het Kahanek verdict was one of the most significant verdicts in the white-collar history here in the last 25 years at least of Houston or Texas.
