The schedules go together with the representations. The schedules fill in the information that the representations refer to. So the representations may say there are no claims against us except to set forth on schedule X and schedule X will list the litigations or the written claims. So the schedule will say were qualified in the states listed on schedule Y. They fill in all the details reference by the representations.
