I had a case against JP Morgan and it’s kind of a hybrid oil and gas real estate it was a land dispute down in Carnes County Texas, which is right in the middle of the Eagle Ford Shale. JP Morgan represented a trust whose origin was back in the early 1900s where H.J. McMullen went around and ripped off Polish immigrants. They came in again and leased a 200-acre tract that belonged to a family, the Moravits family. We went in and got title back from JPMorgan in the title dispute and a property that’s worth millions and millions of dollars ’cause it’s in the heart of the Eagle Ford Shale.
