I’ve been practicing since 1991. I started out the first part of my career defending homebuilders and insurance companies and I’ve been able to use that experience to be an advocate now for people who have been damaged by faulty construction, for people who have claims involving associations, condos, litigations. But I also understand the insurance side of the equation so I can anticipate and hopefully address policy issues that might be an impediment to an eventual settlement.
