We think in terms of the term practice is really more of a term of art to say that this is what we’re practicing. So when people talk about practicing the invention they’re thinking about they’re implementing it, they’re making something using that particular technology, they’re selling a product that incorporates that technology. And that technology may be in the end product itself or it may fall in the manufacturing process or it may be in terms of how the product gets used. And it can be a product as well as a method so practicing the technology really entails using the technology in a certain way.
