Post-grant review is another way to challenge patents in the US patent office. Post-grant review provides the ability to submit not only prior art, but additional arguments of unpatentability under other sections of the code in addition to the ones that you can use in IPR. So the ability to challenge patents in post-grant review is over a larger number of statutory challenge bases.
