First of all, I am absolutely convinced after the many years that I’ve practiced law that a case needs to get going right in the beginning. I see cases from other attorneys where it starts out wrong it ends up really wrong. We concentrate on getting a case going, getting it investigated, collecting the medical bills and making sure that we’ve got a solid case as soon as possible before the evidence trail gets cold.
