I have a couple of mentors, actually – one male, one female. My male mentor, probably the biggest mentor for me, was Charles Dyer, the founding member of this law firm. He taught me everything I need to know or would know or could know to start me off in the practice in this area. My other mentor would be former Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor. She’s been a huge influence in my life, and I am privileged, I guess, blessed, that my sister’s married to her son, so she’s a big part of my life, and I’ve been able to bounce things off her over the years.
