Yeah. So, employers absolutely have the right to monitor what information employees are posting. And if they think that the information is not truthful or accurate their first step is to go to the employee and ask the employee to remove that information. If the employer refuses or doesn’t respond then the employer can go to whoever is hosting that site and ask that the information be removed. And the majority of the time the sites are quite cooperative because they don’t want to have false information posted on their site.
