Yes, I refer to it in kind of two categories, there’s the basic and what I refer to as the basic plus. And what dictates the amount or the type of obligations that a federal contractor or subcontractor is subjected to is two things, one is it’s the value of the contract and the number of employees that the contractor employees. And so, for instance, under executive order 11246 if you have a contract of $50,000.00 or more and 50 or more employees then in addition to some of the basic requirements such as not discriminating, not maintaining segregated facilities you have the obligation to have a written affirmative action program.
