That was a case that was early in my career. It was in the cement pipe industry, the cement sewer pipe industry, which are mostly sold to municipalities, to counties, to government entities. The allegation was that one of the competitors in the business was being driven out of business by the other three through predatory pricing and other unlawful practices including bid rigging. We tried that one I think for about eight weeks in front of a jury. And I remember that now because the judge who handled the case recently retired and she was interviewed for a newspaper about her retirement and she said that she actually dreaded having to go to that trial because she thought it would be so long and so boring. But as she looks back, she found it to be absolutely fascinating. It was a case that was heavy on experts and economics and accounting but it was also one that was just filled with personalities. I mean it was a very interesting case to try and the personalities came through.
