Inadvertently ended up in bankruptcy a client was sued for securities fraud, RICO, fraudulent inducement and ended up getting the case thrown out. The client ran to bankruptcy court in the northern district of Illinois, we chased him up there; I got additional sanctions from him there and a judgement. And it went up to the United States Supreme Court in which the court established that bankruptcy courts actually do have jurisdiction if people consent to jurisdiction before the court, it was a pretty seminal case.
