You know, it’s that winning comes in all shapes and sizes. Winning doesn’t just mean going to trial and winning before a jury; winning is correctly assessing what your goals are in the case both financially and if you have other motivations. And then, building a strategy that gets you to that point and sometimes that doesn’t mean, like I said, going to trial sometimes it might bean an early settlement; sometimes it might me a mediation. But the real message is that winning isn’t just going to court and getting a jury to enter a verdict winning is setting the result that you want for the case and meeting it in a way that’s financially attainable.
