So, from the employee side, my most memorable experience is I represented an individual who was going through cancer treatment. And as a result of chemo and radiation her face kind of swelled up, it was very large. And her employer called her in and said, “Hey, I can tell you’re not feeling good. You should probably just go home, and you should probably never come back.”

And that’s – I’m honestly not sure if that employer thought, “I don’t like a gal with a big balloon head sitting at the front desk or if he thought he was doing something nice by firing her.” But suffice it to say, she didn’t feel like she was being treated very nicely, and of course what he did was illegal.
