Well, my dad was a lawyer and a judge. My great uncle was a lawyer and a judge. My great grandfather was a lawyer and a judge. My uncle’s a lawyer and is my law partner. But after I graduated from college, I didn’t go to law school. My law partner was involved in politics and was the Speaker of the House, and I worked for him for a couple of years at the state capitol. When he resigned from politics, I really didn’t want to stick around, and I guess between him and my old man they talked me into going back to law school. And I guess it seemed like a natural fit. I’m really happy I did it. I don’t mean to sound too corny about it, but I really love being a lawyer, and even after 27 years I like coming to work and I like working.
