The thing I love most about trademark law is seeing brands I work with in the store. To me, it’s so fun to go to a restaurant and see a menu item that I helped clear that mark or to go to the store shelf and seeing a tagline or a new mark on a product in the store. I think brands are the kinds of things we all encounter in our life every day, and to be part of that process is very fun for me.
