Every case at least in our commercial litigation side is different. The businesses are different, the problems are different, and the damages are different. Everything is a new challenge with each case that comes in the door and then we get the ability to help solve people’s problems.

There are a lot of tangential issues in litigation that pull people in different directions and I think our goal and our philosophy is to stay focused.

They’re not going to be satisfied with the outcome because there really is not outcome that they’re happy with at the end of the day they’ve spent money to get to an end result and that result is what they wanted but they just don’t feel like it was worth chasing you know its principle is a hollow goal.
