I represented a child a long time ago, that has a special memory, where she was asked to follow up because of some wrong blood test, but they never told the parents what problems that that could be. And she had lupus and by the time she was diagnosed with lupus she had passed away. And so we held the pediatricians accountable for that and got a successful verdict.
