I think it’s critical to do that. You spend a lot of time reaching resolution. Parties, if you don’t have a signed settlement agreement, parties can leave the session, have buyer’s remorse, and then all of the sudden everything falls apart. So once you’ve got that signed mediated agreement I think parties then recognize and accept that that is the final deal. Sometimes I if don’t have staff handy we’ll hand write them. I did a mediation recently at an attorney’s office and once we had reached agreement we – I sat down with the lawyers. We hand wrote out and signed the agreement. The lawyers signed the agreement, the parties signed the agreements, and I did. We had a final resolution of that case.
