It has a significant impact.  We have roughly 300 judges in the state of Minnesota and judicial resources are limited.  And there are just so many cases that we can actually try and I think mediation has done a great deal to help resolve cases, and in doing that the expense of litigation.  So I personally think that mediation has done a great deal to help people keep the cost of litigation down.
