Well, my philosophy is to put my client in the absolute best position possible to achieve the result that they want. Now, to do that may take various courses depending on what the client wants and the opposition that we face. But, in every case, being thoroughly prepared, being thoroughly knowledgeable about that industry and about the facts of that case are crucial. And so my philosophy is you can’t win the case without having thorough preparation. In some cases, the best result could be achieved by settling the case for the client, but you also can’t be afraid of trying a case. So I would say my philosophy and the philosophy of the firm is we’re not afraid to try cases and if it requires us to try the case, we’re gonna try the case, if that’s what’s gonna get the best result for the client.

Finally, I think being able to understand what the client wants and what the client needs and how to get there is extremely important. In some cases, the client won’t know how to get there, but they’ll definitely have an idea of the result that they want to achieve. And, in some cases, they may think they know how to get there, but it may not actually be the most direct route to achieving their goals. So being able to work directly with the client to make sure that they understand the best path for them to take to achieve their goal is also important and part of our philosophy here.
