I had one case where a planter box was left empty and you turn the corner and you never saw it and so it was what we call a trip and fall because it was a condition that would remain a problem for anybody who walked around the corner. And so there’s just a wide variety of premise type liability cases and it usually involves an injury because of a condition of the premises.
