Well our investigation revealed that the certified pool operator for the Minneapolis Golf Club had in fact used an adulterated – broken, if you will – pool cover and put it on there in a way that the manufacturer did not intend to have it done. It was bound to break, the question was when it was going to fail not if it was going to fail. It failed and ultimately the kids were playing with the drain cover. Then you have an open vacuum, which can traumatically eviscerate someone in less than a second. So you can literally be holding on to your child and have that happen. And the lifeguards were teenage kids for the most part who were supervised by someone who had no business supervising them and they didn’t really know what to do when they saw evidence of what was a huge problem and didn’t do anything about it.
