And that is a case by case basis. I think it depends on what type of case you have. Typically, I would say a case lasts anywhere from I would say probably two years, and sometimes, they last up to four years. It just depends.

Sometimes it’s based on how complex the case is. Other times it’s based on once you get your case and suit, the judicial system and the court system has to work with you because of the complexity of a medical malpractice case we really need to have date specific trial dates. And so sometimes you’re pushed out in the court system longer because a lot of districts work on trial blocks, but we need a specific date because of all of the experts we’re bringing in. Everybody’s testifying live things like that, so sometimes it’s on the court side that we get pushed out, but sometimes it’s due to the complexity of the case. So again it’s a longer courtship that you have with your attorney of two to three years.
