One more point of interest is that there are Frank Lloyd Wright homes in Minnesota. There are several of them. It’s hard to value Frank Lloyd Wright homes. They don’t have all of the conveniences of a modern home. On the other hand, they have great historical value. Now, Frank Lloyd Wright’s popularity ebbs and flows, in certain decades he’s revered in other decades he’s merely mentioned as a footnote in architectural history. And so valuing and dividing and/or selling important, historically important pieces or real estate can also complicate a divorce.
