We hear that all the time, and it’s flattering, yet it’s not at all something a client needs to worry about. We take 100 percent of our cases on a contention-fee basis, and that’s kind of a fancy term that simply means that we’re willing to basically bet on ourselves and share the risk with you. The client does not ever pay us out of their own pocket, and the only time that we ever get compensated is if we are successful for our client and then we take a percentage of the recovery.
