Well, I have been practicing law for forty-five years. I tried my first case within two months out of law school or getting my law degree and passing the bar. I have lost a handful of cases in those years. I’ve been primarily successful. I went over ten years without losing a single case. I’ve lost one case now in the last twelve or thirteen years.
