You know I think the one piece of advice that I always give to clients is to remain calm. Because they come in to my office and they are upset, I mean their life has just been turned upside down and I feel that a big part of my job as being their lawyer is to be a legal counselor. To help them come back, find a center, find a rationale and reason in what’s going on and then to help them come up with a game plan that practically and reasonable works for their situation. I think it’s very easy sometimes to get very emotional about what you’re doing as a job especially when you’re passionate about it but I feel that one of the best ways that I can guide clients is to redirect them to remain calm and to remain neutral and look at the problem objectively so we can solve it.
