In many circumstances, yes. And what that is, again, the railroad owes to its employees a reasonably safe place to work. And that means equipment, work area conditions so if workers are exposed to asbestos, to diesel exhaust, to chemicals, to all kinds of things those are toxic exposures that they can be liable for either in an acute injury if it’s a big exposure or long term exposures.

Secondly, there can be exposure that are whole body or vibration injuries such as riding on bad engine seats for a whole career and getting a back injury, walking on uneven ground or ballast if the conditions in railroads are not safe. Those can be cumulative injuries to knees or other joints also.
